The air conditioning in my room was quite weak. I informed the front desk and they said they could adjust it remotely, but it didn't seem to improve much. I also noticed some small maintenance issues throughout the room that should be addressed soon.

Breakfast offered plenty of options in the open buffet. The onsite restaurant provides dining until midnight, including room service. I found it convenient being only ten minutes from the airport by car (which simplified my early departure).

The hallway had a slight smoke smell even though the room was non-smoking.

the hotel offered a transfer to the airport for only 20 euro. this was much better than the 30 euro i paid for a taxi on arrival. the breakfast buffet had a wide selection of items. i found the beds comfortable.

the noise isolation in my room was not very good. i could clearly hear footsteps from above. this made it difficult to sleep soundly.

The reception service was good and efficient. My room was clean and included all necessary equipment. The bed provided a comfortable sleep. The hotel offered a punctual and stress-free transfer service.

the staff at the reception spoke russian so it was easy to communicate, that was nice.

The taxi ride from the airport was a mess. The driver totally overcharged me. i felt ripped off, especially since the hotel transfer back was much cheaper. the hotel should warn guests better or arrange fixed rates with taxis. Relying on hotel transport seems safer to avoid getting scammed.

The room included blackout curtains, which i found very useful. i also appreciated the mini fridge that was available in the room. It was quite convenient. the staff at the hotel were helpful. they provided amenities like shampoo, soap, and enough towels.

The hotel is somewhat remotely located. It is most suitable if you need a place before or after a flight.
